Seeking advice for solo trip

Hello Guys,

I'll be visiting Taiwan for a solo trip from 11-19 Dec and am planning to visit places like Taipei, Cinjing Farm, Alishan, Sun Moon Lake and Taroko Gorge.

Planning to spend 18 Dec in Taipei which leaves the first 7 days free to explore the other areas.

Do you guys have any suggestions on the order of areas I should visit? Are there any specific days I should avoid visiting a particular area? Any recommendations on where I should stay?
