Seeking advice on building custom desktop

I'm new to PC building and hope gurus can help with input on building a new custom desktop.

My budget is ~$1000 monitor+cpu only.

Don't really need a very big monitor so maybe can cut some monitor $ into cpu .

Main usage would be gaming/streaming on twitch.
Could anyone provide me a breakdown of the items and prices?

I'm looking at nvidia cards though, not amd ones.

I don't think 21inch has 1080p resolution. Unless 21.5-22inch. That would be the dell s2240l.

since you got spare home preium i think you can get msi b85 g43 and also i5 4570 top up abit more

Or use the ~$100 to get a GTX 660 instead, or 660ti second hand if you dont mind.

I would recommend just get cheaper amd processor fx 6300 will do great for league of legends.

And use the money left can buy better graphics card or solid state drive or keep it

I would recommend getting solid state drive @@ It cost $140 more but worth it. It not only improve performance, but also secure ur data better and more durable, and faster gaming response
