Im trying to build a gaming rig with a budget of ~1.3k.
My plan is..

Asrock B75M-DGS + i3570
WD 1TB Blue
Plextor m5s 128GB
Palit GTX760 2GB Jetstream
Seasonic M12II 520W
G.Skill 1600Mhz 8GB
Sharkoon MS120?
(If there is any other casing suggestion, preferably mATX-sized casing because the place is small)

Any comments on the above rig?

It is there. I think you 'forgot' to read: Seasonic M12II 520W

I am curious. Is ms140 better than ms120? I really have no idea.. I thought 2 fans would be better in a way. Care to explain a bit?
