Can clarify how is this a "Forum Nuisance (trolling, impersonation, troublemaker, clone accounts, etc.)" post?

I merely commented that the incident appears to be painful (i.e. express sympathy for victim) and also wished the victim well (i.e. that he gets well soon after consuming painkillers). Hope mods can clarify as there is absolutely zero malice or ill harm intended.
