Why was my thread on SEO deleted?

If it was against EDMW rules, please give me an infraction. I have received no infraction and my whole thread was deleted.

Why Was My Thread Deleted?

I have created an AMA on SEO/ranking on google higher.

Would like to clarify why was the thread deleted? If it was illegal to speak about SEO, should I receive an infraction?

I am always a slient lurker. Didn't realize that a post on AMA could get deleted.

you post here instead of the feedback section( not as if the feedback section are damn effective anyway ) the mods will give you 3 more ntuc points in return. Suck it up. This is the way of moderating here unfortunately.

can check what is this portion about? Just wanna know why you are collecting info/email from our users and for what purpose?

Thanks for replying. The AHREFs report is an excel file. The purpose of that report is to help them understand about their backlinks. The form helps to streamline all the requests.

Likewise, I can remove that survey form and then I will have dozens of EDMWers PMing me to send the report directly to their emails.

I have zero uses for their emails.

Thanks for your support bro. My thread was deleted, reinstated by mod bosssaizo, and deleted again.

All the while:
a) I was not selling my services at all
b) I had ZERO affiliate links.

This is really puzzling.

Gonna be my last try trying to revive this thread. If not, sorry to all the bros that followed that thread. It's funny on how this information sharing is viewed as "advertising".

And what might have caused the misunderstanding to you that caused you to lock my thread? So that I can make changes to make it clearer.

Well, to be honest. I suppose you're indirectly advertising your services and nothing is free in this world.
EDMW is a really nice marketing platform, in fact HWZ boards ranks kinda high up top on Goog|e due to the content it generates.

You created a form, when you could have easily gotten the members to PM you instead. Which means this 'service' is quite public. But of course, one could argue that you've create the form to better facilitate the AMA.

Whatever the case, the Admins have the final say! I'll leave it up to them.
