Personally, I think it doesn't sound very trustworthy. If you are Jack Yang, advertising disguised as a question post for Search Engine Optimization is a common trick and ppl from Money Mind are seldom fooled.

The website mainly links to his own websites, and the very scammy looking 10% Fixed Interest mailing list.

Its a marketing company to help generating leads for adviser. Saw their ads a few time. Its real but more of scamming the adviser. They help to generate such leads and sell to adviser @ $80 something per meet up.

Lately alot of scam since covid 19 start.
You can ask in HWZ money mind or any other forum.
Google and Youtube are your best friend.
