Hi, I found this Refund Policy on their website: http://www.mdis.edu.sg/current-students/refund-withdrawal-transfer-policy
Percentage of refund before/after the course commencement date

% of aggregate amount of the fees paid if a Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received
75% - ("Maximum refund"); More than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date
25% - Before, but not more than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date
10% - After, but not more than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date
5% - More than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date, but not more than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date
0% - More than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date

Seems like the most you can get back is 75%. Anyway, may you get back your money soon!!

that is provided the course havent start but i already done my 2nd semester, they requested for payment before the 3rd semester start so im wondering if i can get back my money, i emailed the student coordinator and she say they cant refund and i have to pay extra for withdrawal which is around 300

the school fees is not paid per semester kind 1, they split the payment into few different payments. The first and 2nd payment i paid for already. I cant remember the payment covers how many semester but its not 1 payment per semester. I was told they can sue me is that true?

i'm not sure. but logically speaking, should be able to sue for the class fee attended but not paid.

From MDIS link, it did not state that you needs to pay $300 when you withdrawal from MDIS or transfer to other university.

I suspect that the $300 you are paying is for "All discounts/rebates that the student was entitled to shall be forfeited. All non-tuition fees where applicable, is payable upon withdrawal."
