Seeking recommendations on a new RIG

Budget: SGD$2,000
Purpose:

• Zero noise during movie/website.
• Not so noisy when doing editing(autocad3d, HMI, adobe after effect, etc), and gaming (overwatch, elder scrolls online, tomb raider)
• At least better than my current rig. (plan to buy new rig as main PC and current rig will be converted to a workstation.
• Not doing overclocking or any form of modification.
• Casing look matters. I love red, white and purple theme XD

Just FYI the GPU singu quoted is the RS version RX480. Not triple X version. Got the same card and the serial number on the xfx website confirms this.

Yeah Maybe I will get some AMD card along with Ryzen cpu. man, 8 core is beast.
