Seeking recourse for an infraction

Hi Mods/Admins,

Good day to you.

I have an expired infraction which I committed (thought so I did) for advertising my sale in Marketplace and one/two other child-forums.

While I think back then that was a fair call and mistake on my part for not adhering to the rules of the forum.

However of late, I have seen many instances of forumers posting sales threads on multiple forums.

e.g.

There are just more of such sales threads in multiple forums.

Last check this rule still applies to this forum.

I would like to seek your attention to review my case if it's fair to me while others got scot-free. A "can do anything but don't get caught" scenario.

Ideally I would like my infraction to be cleared otherwise kindly enforce the rules you had stipulate.

Warning given to the said member for spamming sale thread of the same content across multiple forum, one of the thread deleted.

Future violation will result in infraction, not warning for the said member.

The rule still applied, no change.

While we try to be fair to fellow members, to actively monitor various garage forums is counter productive thus we relied heavily on fellow members to raise the flag for such violation.

We already banned many mass spammer, is a long battle against spammer, not an easy one with limited time and resources at our disposal.
