SITEX or any other fair won't give you much discount. Sometimes, retail shop will offer similar discount as those fair so in the end, it is up to which place offer you the best price.

Wait for sitex,meanwhile u monitor the price. In june IT show, predator with 980 is only $1999 with free monitor. How come your price list so expensive, is that updated?

960 desktop asus is $1898? go see alienware aurora, $2199 gtx 1070 with full future upgradeable parts and it is no longer as overpriced if you price in the warranty and OS. But be warned, some reviews claimed psu is very noisy.

I got the photo from COMEX brochure leh, not so sure if the price is updated. But as fair as I remember, in an IT show got a lot of booth selling same computer. So any idea/recommendation which is better to buy from? Or is it about who offer a better price?
For the predator with GTX 980, where did u see it from? Cos like above got a lot of booth, so I need to walk around and see who have a better offer/bundle?

like i say b4. who offer better go buy from them. everything is the same. (taken from same factory send out to different retailer.) unless u are telling me that they secretly mod the system to give u the best stuff but more ex den buy from them. but u wont get the warranty. (cos its not asus own propitiatory product build.)

discrete gpu and normal gpu are the same type of stuff....unless u talking about onboard gpu and discrete gpu.

dunno. DIY is better than both of those build

errrr,for those built computer is what type of gpu??I know asus state that their gpu is discrete, but for other brand never state leh so not sure

u mean pre build? i believes that they are all OEM gpu but its blower style that have a grind sound.

but anyway doesn't matter much which gpu u comparing like if for example

asus using asus GTX 1070 and acer using oem GTX 1070. but performance not much different since they are still using the same chip - GP104
