Send Singnet email on iPhone 4 using Starhub

These past 1 or 2 weeks I am unable to send out emails on my iPhone 4. I am using Singnet email. Able to receive but not Send.

Sometimes I get this error message: "Server does not allow relaying"

Outgoing mail server is configured as: bbom-smtp.stm.com.sg

I am using Starhub's mobile service.

Anyone with similar setup facing the same issue?

Or, must I use Starhub's smtp instead? Strange as I did not make any changes to my settings recently.

I am facing the same issue too. Mine is M1 line, sending out singnet email.
Everything works fine sending and receiving on my home wifi, but once on LTE network, can receive but cannot send. Same server does not allow relaying error.

Anyone can solve?

Try using: mail.singnet.com.sg for outgoing mail server.

You need to use Singnet Email server and likely need to authenticate with it.
