Sendai is in Miyagi. What is your question?

Your question is like, how do you travel from Changi to Singapore.

Take a look at the map. Google for Miyagi. Use key words like Miyagi travel guide or how to get to Sendai, and snow in Miyagi.

lol. Sendai is a city and Miyagi is prefecture. it is just what eleutheromania said. it is just unfortunate for us to insert Singapore for city, prefecture, and region everytime we order online.
