SENNHEISER MTW4C

Hi al,

I recently bought a Sennheiser MTW4C a month ago. After connecting to my Samsung A54 and listening for about 10 min, sound will be cut off. However, the A54 will show that the MTW4C is still connected. I turn off the bluetooth and try to connect again but then it will not be able to connect even if i wait for 20 min. I have to unpair the MTW4C and pair it again. I sent it to the Service Centre twice but they just swap a new set for me and the problem keeps reappearing.

Anyone has similar issues?

Just to be sure, MTW4C = Momentum True Wireless 4? If yes, I have been using it with S24 Ultra, S25 Ultra Tab S9 and Tab S11 without such issues.
