wad about the additional fees? honestly the price of hd598 on amazon is very tempting, ship over shld be around or less than $250 sgd, but buy local set pay $150 more. yet both got local warranty. lol

The additional fee was brought up some time back, about $25 for admin fees. Since both local and overseas sets can be serviced in Singapore, choice is up to you :p

hi i am interested in a pair of sennheiser headphones. the person selling told me the supplier will help to do all the warranty submission for me. and told me the receipt will not be required. he told me a receipt will be given but will not help in warranty claims. (original product sticker on box + a receipt which doesnt help in warranty)

is it possible to get the rma done without a proof of purchase but rather with the warranty submissions?

Not that I know of, when in doubt you can always call Sennheiser Asia and clarify. :)

There should be the verification hologram on the box. However, that may not prove it's authenticity as well. The only way to verify is to bring it down to Sennheiser for the engineers to do a sound check. If it is a fake, you may try claiming it against the seller.

qoo10 got state who is the seller? ive seen song brothers on lazada at least got more trusted shop name behind it.

ya if those huge and more reputable shops like stereo song bros all these ok la, treoo all these online sites also should be safe one

but check the company its behind first
