With the low bidding rate for tenteram peak, I'm just wondering if HDB will cancel the project?

Assuming even if they go ahead with it, but when it comes to the appt for flat selection, many will probably dropout of it due to various reasons - bid for fun, bad reviews, better nov bto or whatnot.

So I guess this Tenteram peak bto is gonna be hard to proceed unless they just want to ramp up the supply for this yr.

it will go ahead. many sinkies n pr are dying to buy them via sobf. see the response u know. the location also not as bad as some project in woodland cck. it is outskirt if city.

Really hope this BTO goes ahead, its really a nice place imo compared to the 3 room flat im living in right now nearby

OCS price for doors in Jul BTO has increased to S$3,080 for standard flats and S$3,140 for premium flats. The Sep BTO launches bundle doors and sanitary fittings as a package and charges S$3,790 and S$4,330 for a 4rm and 5rm flat respectively. The sanitary fittings in the 5rm flat is of a better finish so it cost S$540 more.

When given a choice, you will have to decide whether to opt-in or not as there may be better offers available in the market. For those who would like to know how to get a better deal, PM me and I may be able to help give some advise.

Hi I recently did a site recce at tenteram. I went at night to check out the view and it was rather quiet and dark around that area..especially having to walk at either bus stops.. nonetheless the location is really central.

With more information, you are likely to make a better decision. If I am selling, I should be somewhere else and not here because the flats will only be ready in 3 or 4 years time. Hope this clarifies your doubts.

Yup yup. Saw from the HDB website that applicant will be informed of their queue position in 3rd wk of Oct. So by end of next wk will know alrdy.

Also noted that HDB have been releasing the result at 4pm for the previous BTOs. Don't know if they will keep this trend going.

I stay relatively near to the PIE and even with sound proof windows you can still hear the muffled drone of traffic.

I dont open up the windows facing the PIE due to dust. Even if i do its only for a short while

i was wondering if there's a chance for me to get a good queue number and select high level units, should my bf and i consider? not sure if the noise and dust will still be very bad even at high levels because my bf has a sensitive nose (to dust). actually we have a queue number for july BM BTO but its not very good and i think will only left with low levels, so tenteram peak is another option for us.

You applied for July and Sept BTO? With a queue number on hand for your July means that you are intending to forfeit your first chance?

cannot apply for two bto at one time?? what do you mean by forfeit first chance? for the july bto, my selection date is in november. i thought if tenteram peak i get good queue number then i will drop the july bto. im not sure how this works. so i will just choose btw the july bto or sept bto.
