1 Extra chance will start to accumulate if you have 2 failed attempts in bidding for a BTO in non-mature estates. sequence fail attempts will accumulate additional 1 chance

Failed bidding BTO in mature estates and SOBF will not accumulate any chances.

Hi! i've got a queue no. 73 for Tenteram Peak. Very excited as we've tried for a flat for many times but the queue no. always exceeded the no. of flats supply.

Wld like to ask why do you guys prefer blk 117? Cos i thought there may be future constructions for other residential developments right opposite.

First timer + living with parents scheme, got 6 chances.

Btw, the 3% stamp duty is to be paid together with downpayment ar? Meaning will be 5% downpayment +3 % stamp duty fee on the signing of lease 3 to 4 months later?
