i wanna see the 3D model before deciding lei. ..i hear many ppl say dont face west or east or both??? but i can't picture the unit lei....first timer...so many things to take note. .. :s22:

Anyone knows per level price difference is how much?
Can I also ask, for AHG grants, will they take into account of bonuses? Because my monthly salary includes my 13month bonus divided by 12 months..
Also, I believe the package from HDB will be sent to us this week. Can anyone verify if this package would include the prices of the individual units? Any other information?

Go to sale launches. There is a link below the nov bto and it's also above the past sale launches. It says click here to check application status. After that, click onto the application status for sep bto. It's a mouse icon.
Login with your sing pass. It doesn't show on myhdbpage for some reasons. There are 2 login methods, 1 is myhdbpage and 1 is this singpass login.
Not sure if the appt date is out for everyone but if you are the first few, you should be able to see the date and time.

I tried your method to login but still don't see the exact date.

It says :

"We will provide you with the flat selection details such as the flat list and brochure when we invite you to select a flat. The selection exercise has been tentatively scheduled to start in end Oct/ Nov 2012, subject to change. Please check My HDBPage for any changes."


Which housing estate did you apply for in the Sep BTO?
