Im given a date on 7 apr 2014 for selection of flats.

If i go down on the day and we dun wish to select any flat will hdb removed 1 chance away ?

I'm afraid the answer is yes. And if you have given up twice then you will b a 2nd timer during next application. Unless in some cases if hdb hv very limited choices left for you to select during your selection day, then they will not remove the chance.

Oh..That was offered during May SOBF..If you nv join in the ballot for it, you cant just walk into HDB Hub and say u wana buy that..

You have to wait and see if they put that back in the next SOBF launch which is this month end together with the BTO..Online send in your application + $10 and wait for balloting results..

That was May, ballot results was out in end July..

Selection might not be over yet..You can try calling HDB to check..If you have applied but failed to receive a no for it and yet selection is over with 1 unit remaining..Might be possible..Should call before going down blindly..

I don't think u can just walk in. I think they will just keep calling up the next number until it is sold.. maybe they will even call up those unsuccessful ones if really noone wants it at all.

if the appt u r going to cancel is ur 2nd time doing so, u will be 2nd timer the next time u apply.

Usually on the launch day itself..

New report should be reliable..
