Mine is 19 Jan, number 170, wow they operate on Sunday too. One day 10 group at least? Coz u 19x on 21 Jan.

It's same as visit polyclinic or hospital, you wait for your number to appear on the queue display. When your number appears, just go to the cubicle.

I think it's quite simple when reach there, the bigger problem is preparing as much of the required stuff so you don't need to go down again.

Nope..No changes even if ppl fail to turn up..Today 10 means 10..5 turn up, next appt if schedule 5 still 5..

If you find that your ballot no exceed the available units by quite a big amt, i would suggest that you try for this month's end BTO..Result would be out before ur selection date..

1st appt of the day is 8:30am. Once reach there, scan the letter and get the Q number. Wait for Q number to be shown on the screen.

Cos limited units mahx and so many singles above 35 wanting to get it..

Anyway if not wrong, SA by HDB definition is meant for senior citizen while 2rm is for singles etc etc..
