WIll need to do both root canal & implant (different tooth)

Each tooth ard 2k plus to 3k. Also got risk reinfected if do root canal and redo root canal again.

What will you do?
Extract liao no more tooth wor. And ugly.
Dental implants like more expensive than root canal.

Dentures at night take out. Can see boh ghey.
Later hubby turned off.
I will only try dentures if I got financial problem or if my root canal also fail.

make appt with reputable dentist in ho chi minh.
book hotel book flight....go there do teeth and holiday.

your total expenditure there including flight and hotel will still be lower than doing in SG lol

the skills also gd.....i have a broken molar....every year have to go redo my filling as it keeps falling off.
but 3 years ago i did it in HCMC and till today it still sits there fine.

RCT is cheapest option
Then always remind urself from hard bitting

I had root canal treatment before.
The dentist gave me options to do a crown or implant.
I told my dentist that I wanted neither and if that was possible.
My dentist said ok but there wld be discoloration of the tooth, meaning that the tooth color wld be different from the surrounding teeth and I told her that its ok.

It has been more than 5 yrs since then. So far so good.
She said I have been taking care of my teeth very well. Hence, nothing need to be done. However, I am seeing her regularly for a 6 monthly regular followup, basically just to polish or scaling niah coz 反正都来了，就找东西做吧！

Which tooth? I got a front crown tooth lasted 20 years.. recently did one 3rd molar not sure if can last as long since inside more prone to decay..

go thailand do 4 or 6 way permanent implant. come out look like brand new teeth. also because it's permanent and not denture, you don't have to worry it drop.

of course still need to daily brush teeth despite is implant.

Want to in SG also can but more expensive.

i did 4 times in SG over a span of 10 years or so.....every time i did....it fell off in less than a year.
until local dentists tell me not enough material to do filling anymore.

then i went to vietnam and let their dentist take a look 2 years ago. the guy told me can do, he did it and it's still holding strong today. swearing off local dentists since then.

next month will be flying over to let him check again.

Wanted to do remove and implant, but dentist in JB said that implants might be cheaper if can use medisave in SG. So I opted for RCT and crown. Can't remember exact cost for RCT (the price list put RM1.3k-1.5k though), and my crown was around RM$1k.

Dentists get rich from these procedures. No wonder they no feel doing the daily routine scaling and polishing. It's these root canal and implants that bring in the cash.
