Everyone says the ethic of a malaysian chinese is very good, some more willing to accept lower pay.

But what I don't really understand is that our neighbour is full of malaysian chinese(obviously) - then why their economy still turn out like that?

With work ethics, they can change the govt inside out with all their unwanted policies also.

With work ethics, they basically could change the entire country (if they want to) instead of going to Singapore to earn 3.41: 1.

Why always look for easy way out?

Have to see who are the bosses and the majority of their people. Are they Chinese? Obviously not! 不怕神一般的对手，只怕猪一般的队友！

I also know of Malaysians who pretend to be sinkie. They think they can avoid being view differently and more trustable when praising themselves.

Based on just personal impression and past experience with malaysian collicks

- female malaysian collicks are generally (99%) hardworking, good attitudes, keep low profiles, pleasant and cordial demeanour, and almost naiviety in their interaction workwise

- male malaysians r mostly wat the general consensus of edmwers here mentioned... sly, overly ambitious, get involved with politics, and tries to show and prove he is always better... little or no teamwork from him... personally oso met good malaysian guys, but those were very very few...

Dafuq, I work in big tech, and most JHK and JHB in the company are experts in complaining, office gossip, and threatening to resign in order to fish for more $$.

Not only gossips . They always like to por the superior to rise up the ladder. While junior one they tekan them.

U from which industry? My coy white collar jiuhu kia are the laziest. Past decade I work, none of jiuhu kia stayed more than 4 years. Their mind always think how to spent their money in JB.
