ur rams can go for the cheapest if u are using h270 boards
u can install programs on hdd while os is still in ssd
and lets see, psu can get better brands like super flower, evga or corsair (best is get from amazon...)

I just asked the seller about the key. But it's definitely not a retail licence key. You would need to buy a new key in event you change hardware or reformat.

I have personally successfully activated my old key despite an entire rig overhaul but caveat on the number of "transfer" each key may allow

That's is cause EVGA gold psu is a OEM of superflower gold iirc. So both psu is actually the same. And previously they don't sell EVGA locally
