I have thoughts for OC but still not "ready" as i know nuts, so i think im just toying with the idea, its available but not using it...

Cooler? How much would it add to the rig? And if im not into OC its not required YET right?

Yeah if your not into oc, generally it would not be really necessary

Your Haswell build spec is fine except that you might wanna drop to 8GB ram instead.

I believe the mobo is not wifi-support am I right? therefore I need to get a wifi card as well right..

Yes you will need a wifi card, usb wifi adapter or use homeplug.
