How's the speed of delivery etc?
I'd be ordering something from them, anyone wanna share the shipping costs?

Shipping is killer. They use ups if im nt wrong around 3 to 6 working days. The cheapest option is dhl globalmail which takes at least 3 weeks.

bigger items like 5lb tubs of whey can be bought locally from fitlion or supplementshop. almost everything else: get from iherb. good prices and cheap shipping
