1. Which terminal in Dubai will I land from my flight in Singapore to Dubai?

2 Which terminal do i need to transfer to catch d 2nd leg if the flight from Dubai to Amsterdam?

3. Do i need to collect my baggage and pass the Immigration then enter the immigration again in the terminal for my Dubai to Amsterdam?

Pardon my ignorance because this is d 1st time i will travel non direct from Singapore to Europe. Thanks!

When you book your flights, usually it will indicate which terminal. Anyway, even on the day itself when the flight takes off or land, the terminal can be changed subject to operations. It's just like Changi Airport. SQ operates from T2 and T3.

You will find your answer in the wikipedia link.
Dubai International Airport - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dubai Airport has three passenger terminals. Terminals 1 and 3 are directly connected with a common transit area, with airside passengers being able to move freely between the terminals without going through immigration, while Terminal 2 is on the opposite side of the airport. For transiting passengers, a shuttle service runs between the terminals, with a journey time of around 20 minutes from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and 30 minutes to Terminal 3.

As long as you book a thru ticket, the check-in staff can check your baggage thru, in simpler terms, meaning you don't have to pick up your bags and check them in again when transiting.

What is the timing of your flight? Anyway, transitting in Dubai is the norm for Emirates and that place is huge and very busy at all times of the day. Just follow the signs to your next gate. When you do your check-in in Singapore, you will already be issued boarding passes for your next flight. You won't need to collect your checked luggage.

I made some videos of our Emirates flight experience to Europe (UK). It may be useful reference for you.
