I have the SGS Govt bond NZ07100S in my SRS portfolio.
In Jun17, my paper SRS statement (as at 30 Jun) and OCBC SRS details online (valued 7 Jul) showed the bond price to be 92, which was used to value these bonds.
When I check against SGS website, the price of this SGS was $112.28 in Jun17 (http://sgsbonds.reitdata.com/).
Anyone with SGS holdings whose Market Valuation seems out of whack in Jun17 ?
Any idea how SGS bond prices are obtained for preparing SRS Statements or Bond Valuations ?
$92 is a buy for a bond paying 3.5% coupon.
