Honda should be turning into left most lane, but he cut to right lane and he cut into the right lane without signal. pretty dangerous of him to turn and change lane at the same time.

alot of accidents happened thanks to assholes like him.

I think if accident happens for this case, TS will win the case. The car never keep to lane after turning.

if that traffic light is green light green arrow, he should be able to turn. if he doesn't turn, the whole lane will be jammed up. i understand TS's frustrations when that Honda didn't keep to his lane when turning, a mistake that might cause an accident.

From my humble view, if i am TS, i wont horn.

This video had shown speed not very fast, confirm got reaction time to break, and from video , turning should have kept a low speed. This kind of scenario is pretty common (at least to me).

I am more troubled (or angry) when i see people suddenly cut/change lanes in front of me, endangering me. A reference video scenario will be something like this : http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/cars-cars-204/nutcase-vw-jetta-driver-cte-4199105.html
where the Jetta suddenly cut left hand at such a short notice.

Not really, its more of 50/50. Odessey did keep to lane but just too quick to filter into lane 1 w/o signaling. TS does not have the right of way as the traffic light is 'against' him due to green light for both directions and no green arrow to signal right of way for TS to turn.

Each has his/her share of fault. Like headquarter's papa mentioned, never insist that you always have the right of way. My instructor always tells me, drive accordingly to traffic conditions and look much more ahead to anticipate any traffic problems. Live and let live.
