When we went to Shanghai Disneyland last year, I bought our tickets directly from the official app. Strongly recommend you download the app before you get to China. It is very useful. Everything was done through the app.

There are travel agencies selling in Taobao with tickets slightly cheaper than that stated in Disneyland apps /website.
