i went there once...friends were already inside. the bouncer let me in and i dunno where's the paying booth, so walked straight all the way inside, nobody stop me.

then my friends asked me where's my stamp, i said i dunno eh, i tot is free entry?

you went quite late, that's why.

iirc, is 25-30 I think. but i always go in free due to member card or guest list.
before 9 free entry.
