I finally got LTE at Queenstown and SAFRA Mount Faber

sigh quite unhappy with my experience. queued last night for 3 hrs and manage to get my iphone 5close to midnight.
Went home realised that my contract printed 3g iflexi value 3gb and change to nano sim. Funny thing is they keyed in and printed that i purchased an iphone4s instead!!!

Whole day no LTE service so i called customer svs and they indeed told me mu purchase was for a 4s and hence no 4g service!!??

Damn angry and they say they will investigate and rectify. Ridiculous!!!

Why would i go all the way to mbs to queue up for an iphone 4s!!?? Strange thing is that on my receipt it was printed iphone5. major cock up

yup tampines very little LTE coverage

This is projected coverage at December, so tampines will only be covered after December.

but you might be able to get coverage from outlying estates

LTE signal full bar in orchard. However, mine should be following the 3G plan as I never re contract. Is this norma?

Try turning airplane mode off and on, mine took awhile to get LTE, but once I get LTE it doesn't drop to 3G.
