2) then do incorp local co
bizfile > e-service > login dir to be singpass > local co > start a new local co > 2. incorp local co $300, download that step by step e-guides see step 42, if model constitution no need upload, only customized then upload

rmb to print your constitution before you press confirm

if you are doing the bizfile yourself, you dont need form 45

cause bizfile end of the page got declaration liao, equal to form 45. you dont need to file it on bizfile during incorp

no prob, form 45 is only when csp doing incorp on behalf of client

after submit incorp, REMEMBER TO PRINT CONSTITUTION and preview page BEFORE YOU PRESS CONFIRM, once you press confirm you CANNOT download it for free, you will have to purchase it. you will need this and BP when reg for a bank acc.

I strongly suggest not to use a 50-50 shareholding. Always hv 1 big 1 small.

i don't think that is a mandatory field...

it's okie not to have csp when you incorp, cause CA only requires to have a sec within 6 months of incorp... so after incorp you got 6 months to find 1...

Better you pay for professional assistance as I can see that none of the response from all the posts here comes from experienced auditor/secretary/accountant.

Why do you want to "gain experience" for something that can be handled over and over again for maybe $500 a transaction? How many companies do you think you'll incorporate in your lifetime?

More importantly: you'll end up spending more money paying a CSP to fix things if you do the incorporation wrongly, and need to change things.

(If you want to "gain experience", a better alternative is to go through the process with a professional first, and then be a bit more hands on when you need to do your second company. At least you'll be more familiar with all the paperwork that goes into incorporation, and would have experience and a better intuition on how to structure things.)
