Sharing calendar on Outlook 2013

Hi,

I am trying to share my calendar within my workgroup on Outlook 2013. However when the other parties try to open the shared calendar, it gives this error message:

"The selected folder is not available."

Any ideas?

There is 2 part.
1st part is to delegate.
2nd part you need to give permission to those you delegated to view.
