My body fat is less than 12% as I run regularly (2 to 4 times per week). My colleagues thought that I must be running a lot..but then I told them I also cut down a lot of sugary food and red meats . I told them diet also played a big part. I still indulge with cakes and root beers float on my cheat day once a week.

So some of my colleagues also trying to lost weight by exercising such as jogging and going to gym. They started to eat healthier but after a short while. They will drink sugarcane and soft drinks. They always say I long time didn't drink liao. I don't observe any significant weight loss on them. I always remind them that they can have their sugarcane drink AFTER they have success in weight lost and not just because of the effort that they have put in.

No need so long. Only one magic formula.

Output > Input.

And movement or else you will lose muscle mass as well.

How you want to do it is up to you.

My start weight is 100 kg and I am now 82 kg.

I share tips with you.

1.Currently,research is still ongoing
about metabolism. If you have a slow
metabolism,a crash diet will work
against you.

2.Here is a dish I came up with:

Chicken marinated with light soya
sauce,white pepper and salt
steamed with fresh ginger slices and
red dates.

Ginger dispels wind and red dates
are good for blood
circulation.However,as red dates are
heaty, don't eat too much at one go.

3.Eating nuts can lower bad
cholesterol

However,as nuts are high in fats as
well as being hard and dry,do not eat
more than a handful per day.In
addition,check for nuts allergy.

4.Other snacks

Meiji Plain Crackers-Oats is free from
trans fats.It is available in a big box
from Watsons whereby you can
accumulate points with the Watsons
card.

your this diet don't work for all.
As for standing up and down, i rather u do walking or climb staircase. lol
type of cooking not so important, but rather is the type of food that can make u feel full for long duration.

Weight loss depend on individual metabolism rate and also BMI.
Higher BMI, easier to lose weight.

the formula is simple. calories burnt > calories intake.... u will lose weight.

OMAD without exercise , 30kg loss in 3 month.
OMAD with exercise, 20kg loss in 1.5 month
tekong style , 3 normal meal with intensive exercise, 20kg loss in 4 month

losing weight is easy, just cut down on your meals drastically and you will see the difference.

losing weight in a healthy way may be a bit more difficult

I understand that "Happy Hawkers",the
stall which sells the dim sum, sells sweet potato soup with fresh ginger slices but they put sugar.Sometimes,I eat their Yuan Yang(yam cake and Chee Cheong Fun) at $2+.Both dishes
are pretty decent. For snacks, you can buy the red dates and walnut tidbit from Hockhua Tonic.Or you may just want to buy Gardenia Wholemeal Banana and Walnut Loaf.
