For ideal cooling performance, you typically want to go with a meshed front panel, peak temps can lower as much as 10c.

Ah.. I see . My PC is very old so would definitely need to change everything but would like to reuse the casing if possible.
Budget maybe 2300 and below?

Should be good enough if you need casing that have front drive bay unless you're an extreme overclocker. Good choice.
