Anyone know which cables do I remove from the Motherboard so that the front panel can be taken out completely as I am changing the front fans.

There are 1 power button , 1 'reset' button , 2 3.0USB ports , 2 2.0 USB ports , mic and headphone.

Idk where all this wire are connected to on the motherboard if anyone can help ?

From the casing side view, they are located at the bottom of the board. (area below graphics card)

If the wires on the power/reset button..etc are connected to the front panel, you have to remove them if they're too short. I know some have long enough wire to let you open up the front panel without pulling them out
Just open up your case panel and run your fingers through the wire or just eyeball where the wires go. Usually at the lower portion of the motherboard.
Just in case, take note where each connector go before pulling them out. Though most motherboard will have them labelled.
