After a long work , im back with goot news for 007sh Full rooted with no problem. But recommended with a small root knowledge.

Also manage also to add in chinese language for menu.
Now i remove most of the unwanted apps and odex the apps and make it smoother than usual.
Also now can install 3rd party wireless hotspot apk.

just gotten an 007sh recently to play,
global unlock version.
everything seems fine but only the battery drains helluva fast.
is there any high capacity battery for this phone?

for chinese input
also tried using GO keyboard, it does not work with keypad, only the touchscreen.
using google ime, able to use the keypad for it, but unable to disable the T9 for english ( i'm not a T9 user...)
anyone got good recommendations for any good imes for this phone?

Have been using it with Turbo SIM + 2G from Starhub since 18th Sep without problem. 2G data is working but slow. Is anyone using it with MR-SIM? It is 95% confirmed working according to my research. I am trying to help my friend to get his 007SH (currently a paper weight) up and running with Mr-SIM. I suspect his problem is due to faulty cards or wrong firmware on it. But he is extremely slow to do the co-testing for me so I want to reach out to the members help to share your experience if any with Mr-SIM.

I have also tested it with my Docomo inex V 3.0 but failed. I confirmed with inex taiwan that 007 needs V 3.5 with firmware 2.9 and it does not support firmware update.

Kindly share your experience!

basically mixi is just a social networking based in japan...

You can also install marketenabler to gain access to region restricted apps

How to root it? Please share a guide or site. I have a version that says 0048. Found something for 0038 or something which they say not to be used in the 48 version.
