Just got this from Citibank

You have been awarded 4x$4 shell ecoupon on citi dividend card. Each coupon is redemmable with $60 fuel spend at shell. :s8:

i drive but i don't have this SMS :(

but not as good as UOB - $5 off with minimum $50 fuel purchase (10% off)

I received it via SMS on 24 Jul 13. Message is as follows:

Why am I always excluded from citi promo?

It's not fair that they choose certain customers?

I also participated in a promo where I SMS to enroll but later citi said its only for a targeted group

Now I know who your real friends are
