Kept 40+ bird cages attracting bugs, mystery bubbles flown out from shower drains, bank manager jailed only 2 years after been caught washing money… really siao langs is the root of all causes..

could be they use the same knife to cut meat and fruits and didn't wash the knife properly
Possible cross contamination is very serious issues.. that is why big hotel restaurant kitchen got color coded boards and knives for different food, blue for seafood, red for meat, yellow for poultry, green for vegetables, white for cooked food fruits I guess.. or maybe fruits they use green also.

same like me after i ate cut fruits and cornflakes at a hotel breakfast in India, kena food poisoning and 40deg fever
I think if i ever visit india, I'll have to learn how to photosynthesize first

if she is the only diner who kenna. could be that she oneself accidentally drip raw meat zup onto fruits when she putting meat into pot.

unless multiple diners experience same symptom

It is not the fruits

most likely she used the same chopstick for raw food to eat something

I have seen this mix up happen with my friends
