Hi,
Can anyone advice me how to go about to book the those hut in Shirakawa-go?
How do i go from there from Tokyo?
Any advice is greatly appreciated as i dun know where to start looking.

Accessing from Tokyo is little long:
Shirakawa-go and Gokayama: Access, Orientation and Transportation

From Tokyo you need to take the shinkansen to Nagoya and from Nagoya takes their JR Hida line to Takayama. From Takayama you can take their buses to Shirakawago. While you are at Takayama, you should spend time visiting it as its a nice tourist town.

Buy the JR pass for this trip as the 7days pass is at 28300 yen and one way Tokyo-Nagoya-Takayama already cost 14920 YEN. so you will surely can recover the cost of JR Pass.
