Shizuoka, Kanazawa

Hmm,

Wondering anyone has any idea for Shizuoka 1 day trip? I should be reaching Shizuoka at around 11am, and will be spending a night in shizuoka. Where is the best place i can "view" the mt fuji and any must go places? Sumpujō?

Also the same for Kanazawa, I will be spending 2 days 1 night there, any places that is a must to visit?

while mt Fuji is in Shizuoka prefecture, it is still quite a distance from the shizuoka city. u may need to head out of the city to see mt Fuji
u can try nihondaira for a view of mt Fuji.
Shizuoka is also the home of plastic model such as Tamiya and Gundam. maybe can go for a factory tour or exhibition if there is one during ur trip period.

Actually the trip is jus on Sunday.. and Im still nursing my nail (had a ingrown nail and portion of nail removed).

no idea already.
I haven't visited nihondaira actually. came across it when researching shizuoka, but end up no time to go. I was only in shizuoka to see the life-size gundam, which they eventually decided to put permanently in odaiba


ingrown toenail? issit painful to walk? coz I think need some walking for nihondaira

Yar. .. it's in bandage now. haha.. **** happens.. and i have to bring all my wound cleanser and medicine to japan. dont even know if i can fit into shoes. everything is booked for with the JR pass..

So i will jus leisure roam around.
