Shockwave flash fail to load on Chrome

Anyone have this warning on their Chrome? It happen all of a sudden. I did a google search and they ask me to disable the one under C:\user but when I do that the flash would not load but the warning sign is remove.

I go youtube, the plug in would not work when I enable flash, when I disable it prompt me no flash was installed..

I tried on FB game, when I disable it it would prompt me no flash was installed. When I enable then the game will load.

Anyone can help? Btw I tried to installed Chrome once but it did not solve the problem
