i m not eligible for this 150% promo as not new SB GO user

however, my Guardian transaction 3 days ago using a linked CC was not tracked ... SB say it may take a few days ...

I used my uob cc on Monday and was only tracked on friday. I did write to shopee and they said that it can take between 7 to 10 days.

But just now use my dbs CC and was tracked instantly.

If it still isn't tracked by next week, just submit an investigation. Remember to attach a copy of the receipt when prompted to in the email

You can open Shopback Go and expand the rebate % under the Merchant, it will state which Bank Cards take longer to be tracked.

I received email for november stamp card and it shows all stamped and completed and i should get the cashback by 17 Jan. Now still not credited and cannot be seen anywhere. Want to submit misssing also cannot cos not linked to any particular purchase.

Perhaps can write to them via the stamped email we received weekly during that period. The latest email I can track is dated 3rd Jan. Im using that to write in

Not surprising at all... they tend to eat customers rewards when they think we are not keeping track...., u just have to keep calling/ email to "remind" them...

dun say small platforms like this... Even major banks also will also chut this pattern to eat rewards rightfully due to us... esp those rewards suppose to be credited to our accounts a few months down the road...

I see, seems that im not alone. They might be crediting in batches or might run into some technical issues again. For the benefit of doubt, i shall give them one more day before writing in also, haha.

Recently there's a message that lazada will not be paying shopback so shopback will not be paying existing customers with immediate effect. Something liddat.

I remembered it mention new customers still will receive cashback. Existing customers will not.
