if not wrong can call bank to ask after you have clocked your first transactionAnyone knows what is the mcc for shopback pay? I just use it for my first time using uob cc but not sure if it's eligible for any rebates.
Do you know if shopback pay has 5% on dbs live? Some banks exclude favepay as eligible online transactionyes it still does according to my latest statement calculations. Favepay confirm no. It’s coded as a different name.

you have to set grabpay as the default payment method in Shopback before u scan the QR.hi all,
I just started using shopback pay, linked my grabpay, but how come I dun have the option to use grabpay to pay after scanning QR code? am I doing it wrongly ?
Anyone successfully managed to use GXS too? ie ShopBack to Grab to GXS, though have to see default in all the app since no option is presented to change payment on the fly.you have to set grabpay as the default payment method in Shopback before u scan the QR.
I have a few credit card set up, but I can’t seems to change the order or set as default in the linked payment option.you have to set grabpay as the default payment method in Shopback before u scan the QR.
Even after setting as default, it will still use the last use option payment; so the trick is after scan SB QR code, when at the payment amount page just before submit , click on the card/option shown ( near bottom right ) and choose your choice of card ; thereafter that will be your default for in-shop payments.I have a few credit card set up, but I can’t seems to change the order or set as default in the linked payment option.
only can add or remove card
But I did look into detail before payment but I didn’t see the option of grab pay. (Grabpay is setup as one of the payment method).Even after setting as default, it will still use the last use option payment; so the trick is after scan SB QR code, when at the payment amount page just before submit , click on the card/option shown ( near bottom right ) and choose your choice of card ; thereafter that will be your default for in-shop payments.
Ya. This is how it works for ShopBack. I encounter the same issue when I forget to change the card option and they use the card which I last used.Even after setting as default, it will still use the last use option payment; so the trick is after scan SB QR code, when at the payment amount page just before submit , click on the card/option shown ( near bottom right ) and choose your choice of card ; thereafter that will be your default for in-shop payments.
Shopback is only credited back to the same merchant like fave ?One of the food stalls I usually patronise stopped accepting ShopBack. Seems that there I no way for me to redeem the cash back. For fave, they will credit the cash back in the wallet for subsequent payment with favepay at any merchant. However, it is not the case for ShopBack. Anyone has luck in getting the cash back for such case?
What I mean is that one will not get the last cashback if there is no subsequent purchase from the merchant. For my case, the stall does not accept ShopBack now so technically, the cashback can never be realised.Shopback is only credited back to the same merchant like fave ?
I have encountered a few times in fave where the Cashback was not credited to the main pool even though I received email from them. But amount is small so I didn’t persue.
