Dubious Reasons for Rejecting Missing Cashback
Another set of duff & dubious reasons for rejecting missing cash back claims from ShopBack.
This is after over 2 months of waiting !
Shoppers beware.
"*Rejected: Your Cashback claim was not successful after query with our merchant partner due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect submission of missing cashback details
2. Cashback has already been tracked in your acount
3. Cancellations, changes or refunds were made
4. Usage of non-valid discount codes
5. Clicking on the merchant's ads on Google, social media, or other coupon/deal websites, after clicking through ShopBack
6. Not clicking through ShopBack again after facing payment error
7. Order does not meet the merchant's terms and conditions
It is in our best interest to ensure you get your cashback as ShopBack does not get paid for any orders that are not tracked (i.e. "missing cashback").

From the CSO's email reply :
"Regarding your query, we would like to inform that for all rejections by the merchant would of the final verdict as we are not to be told of the specific rejection reasons by the merchant. For every transaction that is validated by the merchant, we would be provided with advises on the cashback eligibility. "
