that's the feeling i get that they arent improving the system much .. probably hoping for acquisition to cash out

everytime use is like hit n miss, ... it should not be like that

everytime say they dont get paid if merchants dont pay them, but really they should fix it bcos its sounding more & more like a lame excuse

Yup. Once not captured, it is mostly a gone case. Exactly same purchase, sometimes got sometimes not, like random. this is really bad.

submitted for zalora, almost 2 weeks+, still under investigation

as long things not captured, i think can just treat as cashback is gone.

From my experience, they will eventually credit back the cashback after investigation if it's a valid transaction. Has taken over a month before for me, so just submit inquiry and forget about it.

I experienced the same problem with hotels.com about 2 weeks ago too. checked click history there was the transaction there. then submitted missing cashback where there would be able to choose the particular merchant and date from the drop down list.
all the way no news. called them the girl said from her end did not receive any missing cashback report, not to mention even didn't see any at clickthru history.

zzzzzzzzzzzz then ask to email screenshots. I don't know if any followups yet.

previously the uob secret code promo spin the wheel for last year they did not credit automatically also.

and agoda has been removed from the merchant list.

for missing hotel, isnt instructions to submit only after completion of the hotel stay ?

If you submit after completion, they will tell you to wait 60 days before submitting

strange rule.

if the transaction is tracked, you will receive the email informing you 48hours after you booked the hotel. if no have you can file a missing cashback already.
60days is for redeemable

Usually processing should be not more than 1 month

You could try www.ebates.sg . Agoda is still a qualifying merchant for cash back.
