My Ctrip transaction is done via shopback, proven by it can be tracked when you claim for missing cashback, but shopback denied it by saying
"We have received an update from the merchants in regards to your rejected orders. We truly regret to inform you that the merchants have stated that your purchases are not attributed to ShopBack hence we will not be receiving any commission from this hence we unable to credit the Cashback in to your Shopback account and also, it is the final decision from the Merchant.
We hope you would understand that ShopBack’s ability to pay Cashback on an order is dependent on the Affiliate Store paying ShopBack first. Unfortunately, at times for various reasons, the Affiliate Store does not recognise an order as valid and as such would not pay ShopBack for it. While we typically seek to make a case before the Affiliate Store for payment, unfortunately, we are unable to credit Cashback unless and until such payment is received."
Isnt it weird that they deal with merchat who doesnt want to pay ?
