Seems like Qoo10 has been added.
Excludes gift cards, cart coupons, store credits, & voucher codes.

For shopee cash back, it states don't use partner/bank voucher code. Does this mean to enjoy the cash back cannot use any sort of promo code at check out? Anyone knows?

I booked my hotel stay via Expedia in July and Shopback sent me the email for the cahshack, and the cashback has been kept a few months in my Cashback Overview untill recently I completed my trip, the cashback suddenly "confirmed" as ZERO.

Feeling like it is a scam and got cheatted. sent email to Shopback but was told it is because I used DBS promtion code (10%) in Expedia booking.

Then why did Cashabck still send me the cashabck email by then?

anyone encountered same "experience"?

I stopped using already. The shopback reps are rude and useless. Keep telling you that must be you did this and that wrong so rejected.

Pretty much you use shopback is depends on your luck whether you get cashback nowadays. I moved to shop.com. cashback is slower to credit and less than shopback but at least I get a pleasant reply when I submit missing cashback (hotels.com seems like a very chao kuan merchant). So far after long wait I still get the cashback with shop.com and don't have to deal with nasty reps from shopback

They even told me their cashbacck notification email only means for "have a chance for a cashback" only. :s11:

really like a scam.

thanks for heading up shop.com. will try out as it is time to dump shopback.

Those reps already forgotten that if people don't buy through shopback, they are out of jobs.

It is indeed so hard to earn the cashback. I haven’t even reached the threshold which I can withdraw the money.

Hmm, I usually stack the codes eh. That’s weird.

They're pretty hard up nowadays on cashback and I'm likely to switch to their competitors. They might just be pocketing all the referral fee from your purchase but choosing not to award you.

After reading so much bad experience, I’m wondering if anyone ever received cashback for their transaction done through them. Cashback imo taking far too long

I received cashback from them, long time ago. Starting last year I had many pending hotels.com transactions that lasted beyond their given period. When I wrote in all kena rejected and shopback just told me I must not have done it properly. Sent so many emails telling me it's my fault.

So I stopped using. Few months later all the rejected cashbacks came in.

Cashed out everything and moved to their competitor.

I've withdrawn around $200. Most of my transactions are tracked and they're just small amounts which accumulated. So I don't really bother when they aren't tracked. But it really takes a while to be able to withdraw.

Which competitor are you all using now ah? Any good ones to recommend?
