It's already stated you cannot use promo code that is not listed on their website. No point arguing, at least got one. Plenty of us followed all the steps and did not receive rebates and they don't care either. If they really didn't get any payment from merchant then they should buck up and fight harder for the cashback or they will be out of job soon

No matter how many days, pls dun surprise when Shopback to confirm your cashback as ZERO.

Their countdown doesn't work for Expedia. General rule is 60 days after check out. If you don't get it then you can email them, but as mentioned before, high chance they will tell you that you did it wrong and the cashback is rejected

Are you an agent from Shopback? What is "if they paid out 2x to shopback....."???

Those 10% CC discount is well before and got nothing to do with Shopback.

I am quite sure Shopback has been playing tricks for on and off cashback to be given for Expedia hotel booking.

my recent expedia booking was not tracked as well. booked it during the upsized cashback of 9%. right now under investigation.

pretty dissed off with Shopback for this year. frustrating experience. most of the transactions don't get tracked, when I never had issue before this year (used since 2015). Followed all steps and even to the extent of clearing all cache and login before clicking thru either via the shopback website, chrome extension or mobile app but still don't track.

i reverted back to rebatemango and tracking is almost instantaneous. Shopback is where it is now cos it's 'branded'. only thing working fine now is Shopback Go. all other online transactions mostly are pretty much off.

Got a question since its 12.12 sales soon. If i add to cart items in lazada but didn't go thru shopback, but I only intend to checkout during the 12.12 sales period..then when it's 12.12, I log into shopback and launch lazada with the existing cart items and checkout. Will that be considered to get shopback rebate?

i think cannot. Better go from Shopback to Merchant then add your items.

I managed to cash out the shopback close to estimated 60 days guideline.
I did not use any promo code for the expedia booking

Why? any DBS, SCB, Citi or Maybank card can have instant 10% discount promo code for Expedia hotel booking, right?

Hi zumaba, agree with you. Money saved instantly, don't need to sweat to see if shop back will give u the cash back.

I will go for the credit card promo option the next time.

I had been using ShopBack and probably only have few transactions that were not tracked. Usually would be reverted after logging missing claims. Can't be sure for Taobao purchases as usually I would buy quite a bit of items and didn't make an effort to check cos of the small amount.

I do not have much problems until end Nov recently. All my reservation bookings were not tracked. Mind you... It was still fine for reservation bookings just a week earlier. I filed for a missing claim for one of my Quandoo reservation booking, but was given a much lower amount than the lump sum amount. I wrote it to check and was told "That is because your Missing Cashback claim case has been rejected initially and we do not get paid from the Merchant as your sales is not attributed to Shopback. However, on goodwill basis from our backend team, they have credited the Cashback in to your Shopback account based on their quota.

Anyway, I have adjusted the Cashback based on S$4 Cashback for you and it will be reflected in within 24hrs as Pending."

First time I hear this "goodwill" actually. And 2 cases are still in "Investigating" stage even though submitted the missing claim about the same time.

And... My most recent transaction on 23-Dec-18 from Guardian was not been tracked either. Yes. Followed thru the clicks with empty Shopping Cart. Specifically used a discount link which I realized cannot be used for discounted items so had to remove the coupon code when making payment.

So far tracking that is working for me are... Quandoo reservation booking using mobile, Qoo10 purchase (tracked $0.02 only) using my regular laptop and ShopBack GO.

Begining to like the ShopBack GO as tracking is almost instant and it will be available within 14 days or so. Only thing is merchants may be limited.

Likely they are playing the "strategy" of sometime give sometime din give to eat into your cashback but still keep you to be hopeful. lol
