Retailers will have more traffics from shopback and pay some minimum fee to shopback which will be passed back some to customer, win win..

Why not? Major retailers spend money on advertising everyday. Shop back is just another advertising method. The Americans have been doing it for years.

According to SC, redmart only gives 2% rebate not 7%. This is from the email I received from SC CSO but I have personally not tried it before.

You r correct. Grocery is 2% rebate using SingPost CC

Got 800+ from Shopback so far. For hotels the cashback takes a while to become redeemable. Otherwise no issues.
