How much should i bring purely for personal shopping? And any recommendations on where are the nice shopping place in Bangkok?

depends on whats on your shopping list? usually if you are shopping for clothes and all..maybe 500-1000 is more then enough? depending on the duration as well..haha

Hi guys, is about 20 years since I last go to Thailand! Will be going this year though(finally!). If going for around 5-6 days, how much should I bring for the trip for buying things? Are bargain still start at half the price? Are the shopping mall things almost same price as Singapore? Thanks.

eh you can check out other threads which talks abt bangkok trip
Depends on which mall you go to, price varies.
Depends on which place you shop, lower end shopping mall which allows you to bargain, pasar malam that allows to bargain more than 100%, or shopping mall which wont let u bargain

if u very budget, maybe 300+ shld be more than enuff

now I should say every 10 cab u flag, only 3 will go by meter lol

70% pink cab wont go by meter, 30 % will ...
70% green yellow cab will go by meter, 30% wont lol...
this is my experience so far haha haha

other color like orange, blue, entire yellow, entire green, 5050 lol ....
